With over 25 years of experience in hospitality operations and 4 years in SaaS leadership, Tuba Gursoy brings deep expertise in revenue growth, operational strategy and system implementation. Her career spans private members clubs, hotels and mixed-use hospitality spaces across the UK, US and Middle East, where she is known for her calm, discreet approach and no-nonsense commercial insight.
